Brian Pool and his staff are amazing. What seperates Brian from the rest is that he is personable, caring, very knowledgeable and makes you feel like you are his most important customer. Brian is a friend to me and if you use him he will become a friend of yours too!!! As long as he is an insurance agent I will always call him mine.

I would not trust anyone else to help me with my insurance policies! Brian provides EXCELLENT customer service - he is always fast to respond and has educated me on important factors I had no idea about, even after owning a home for 10 years. I'm grateful for his knowledge and expertise. He was able to help me cut my homeowner's insurance almost in half and saved me money on auto insurance as well. He's now helping me with business and life insurance policies. Thank you, Brian for being so awesome!
