I had such a wonderful experience working with Mandy Crenshaw. I came to her with a confusing insurance issue that had resulted in a bill of almost $1,000, and she went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of it. It took some real digging on her part, but Mandy was tenacious—she tracked down what had happened, figured out exactly what needed to be done, and helped me get the policy cancellation backdated so the issue could be resolved. What impressed me just as much as her efficiency was how incredibly kind and friendly she was throughout the entire process. She never made me feel like I was a bother and genuinely seemed to care about getting this fixed for me. She turned what had been a very frustrating situation into an easy one, and I’m so appreciative of her help. Well done!
