I was tired of agents that provided poor service after the sale. After going through several agents, I heard about Brian at Lonestar, who was highly recommended in our neighborhood group. Switching over to his was the best decision I made. Everyone claims to have have the best rates, but I have yet to find anyone that can beat his quotes. But far more important, is the level of service. He is above and beyond, the very best. Extremely responsive, patient, hard working, always keeping on top of any issue, regularly shopping multiple companies to get me the best policies and making sure I don’t forget a renewal. I just had a close friend open his own Insurance agency and I had to tell him - as much as I valued our friendship, I wasn’t going to move to my business away from Brian.

We have been using Lone Star for years with our Homeowners insurance and just recently bundled our auto policy with them as well. The savings vs the other guys have been tremendous. Will continue to do business with our local company Lone Star Integra.
